Finding young baseball players that will be future stars someday isn't all that easy.
However, after 5 months of searching, I give you some videos to look at of certain players that stood out to me. I hope to get real MLB teams looking at my videos, and eventually paying me for finding the talent. I will have written descriptions on why I like a player.
I compared the 2 videos of Junichi Tazawa and Diasuke Matsuzaka to see if I could tell some things. I found figure that Tazawa's movement on his breaking pitches will translate into the MLB well better than expected. I looked at the following youtube videos
Matsuzaka in High School:

Junichi Tazawa still 22:
http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=Tawawa&hl=en&emb=0&aq=f#q=Tazawa%20pitcher%20in%20Japan&hl=en&emb=0
It must be taken into account that the age is different by a lot between the two. Matsuzaka, now 27, has movement only slighly better now than Tazawa does at his young age of 22. Although movement isn't evrything, this still is a big piece.
Points to be made:
The Red Sox likely saw what I saw, and went at it
Matsuzaka had the advantage of all ready putting up great numbers in Japan, while Tawawa never played there
Tazawa was a steal at 3 yrs, 4 million
Note: I will have more of the videos that I found intriguing shortly
